Property Maintenance: visiting property weekly:

Painting and decorating and building works
can also be undertaken at additional cost. |
Cleaning/Changeovers
. we will visit the property after each guest has left,
giving it a full clean, kitchen, bathroom, appliances,
polishing, mop floors, replace towels, change
beds.Laundry service. Maid Service during stays can be

Bookings
Management: for people who do not have the time
to deal directly with their customers; responding quickly
to rental enquiries. |
Handling
client complaints; taking deposits and payments
and banking them for our owners, holding damage deposits
and making relevant deductions if any damages; we´ll
give information on how everything works and keep contact
with guest from arrival to leave. |

not occupied, and Master key holding. Additional keys

24 hour call out service to clients available
and multi-linguistic service in the case of emergencies –
ie, doctor,police,etc – please note this would be
by prior arrangement and at an additional cost of
the client. |

live on the Island and are within 30 minutes radius
of any point on the Island. So you can be confident of
our prompt service irrespective of the location of your
